I am a Seattle native, married to a wonderful woman, Yelena, with two fantastic sons, Max and Spencer. My grandfather, Howard Heath, was an entrepreneur, manufacturing wiz, US patent holder, and real estate investor. I learned a lot working for him right out of high school and through college. My father, Jay, was a printer and business owner too. The most important thing I learned from them was the value of hard work and integrity.
After finishing my business degree in project management I started my career in insurance. My mother was involved in a car accident that left her disabled and really brought home the value of having good coverage. I vowed to do my part to make sure my customers have the best protection possible for those tragic and unexpected events.
Knowing I am able to save my customer money, while providing them with the safety net of being properly insured, is the most rewarding part of my job. Every customer is different, taking an informational and educational sales approach, I take the time to ensure they are getting the coverage that best fits their needs.
I am excited about the broad array of companies I represent, it gives me and my staff many different tools to provide the right coverage, always at a great price.
I was raised in a small town mom & pop retail store that my parents owned. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2005, I began working with Shane as an insurance agent, and have found that insurance is a great way to help people. Now I get to come to work every day with the sole purpose of helping you save money, while also providing you with the best insurance coverage and service available.
As a year-round motorcycle rider, I specialize in helping find the right coverage for your ride. I also use my history and expertise with small businesses to help our commercial clients find the best insurance coverage and rates for their needs.
I was born and raised in a small town in North Central Pennsylvania where I attended high school and college. My daughter, Alex and I moved to Seattle in November 2014, and we currently live in Ballard. I love living in this wonderful city, and I am looking forward to any future adventures that is waiting for me.
When I am not working or taking care of my daughter, I love gardening, traveling, reading, going to the beach, camping, and discovering new music.

I was born in Vancouver, WA, but raised in Seattle where I also went to school. My family is very important to me, and I couldn’t imagine where I would be without their support and encouragement. In my free time you can usually find me out at the movies, at Alki beach, cooking/baking, reading, spending time with my family and friends, and my favorite activity, spoiling my amazing nieces and nephews.
I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service in many different industries such as inbound/outbound call centers, reservations and retail. After graduating from Cornish College of the Arts with a Bachelor’s in Visual Communication, I decided Seattle would be my second home from Chicago. Most of my family is back home in Illinois but I stay in close contact with them almost every day! My dog, Hanako, and I love to explore Washington, mostly beaches, fun dog parks, and dog-friendly restaurants. During my free time I work on freelance design work for non-profits and small businesses. I also like to draw, paint, and collaborate with local artists.
I have 3 years of experience working with visual communications, focusing on graphic design and marketing. I am passionate about getting involved with the community and creating more meaningful relationships between businesses and customers. I hope to boost Secord’s marketing efforts in getting more involved with volunteering and strengthening connections with customers.
